Pick a time that works across time zones, and keep the call short enough that nobody has to join in the middle of their night. Go round the group one at a time so everyone gets their moment, and have people hold their gift up to the camera before they open it.
Decide beforehand whether Santas reveal themselves. Some groups have each person guess their Santa before they're told; others keep it secret for good. The draw never reveals who had whom, so it's entirely your call.
