If gifts are being posted, set the exchange date with delivery times in mind and say in the channel whether gifts should arrive before a video call or can turn up any time that week.
If someone leaves before the exchange, the organizer removes them from the share page. Whoever drew them gets the person they were buying for, and nobody else's match changes. You get a message to post in the channel that asks whoever had them to check again, without saying who that is.
Adding someone after the draw isn't possible yet. If a new starter wants in, the quickest route is a fresh draw, which takes about a minute.
